Quartz System

The quartz epoxy system (also called quartz system) is a high-performance coating that combines epoxy resin with colored quartz grains, creating a textured, slip-resistant, extremely durable, and decorative floor.

The quartz granules (colored and dried silica sand) are integrated between layers of epoxy or polyaspartic resin, forming a highly resistant, aesthetic, and functional multi-layer system.

Solid System

A solid epoxy system (also called 100% solids epoxy flooring) is an industrial and decorative coating that uses a high-strength, solvent-free epoxy resin (100% solids). It is applied directly over concrete to form a smooth, continuous, strong, and durable layer.

It means that all of the material applied remains on the floor after curing (nothing evaporates like in conventional paints). This results in a thicker, stronger, and shrink-free coating, ideal for high-traffic or demanding areas.
